Bouche is a California-French restaurant with an oft-changing seasonal menu and a focus on small plates. The beer and wine list is centered on small producers from both California and France. Bouche is the creation of Guillaume Issaverdens, a French native who grew up in Provence and has worked in restaurants in France, Boston and the Bay Area.
