Esther’s Kitchen is a seasonal Italian neighbourhood restaurant set in the Las Vegas Arts District in downtown Las Vegas. We are inspired by the West Coast bounty and Italy's traditions.
After a career of incredible culinary experiences around the US and beyond, Chef James Trees chose to open his first restaurant in his hometown to name it after the Great-Aunt, who inspired and fostered his passion for cooking the food that he learned growing up with his best friend Alfio’s family.
